    Supply dried up overnight?- HELP

    What the hell???

    I've been working on building my supply and it's been going well. Last night I was able to express 80mls in about 15mins as DS was having a dream feed. Well today my milk is gone! I've been expressing on and off for about 3 hours and I'm lucky if I get 10mls from each breast.

    What has happened here? I've done nothing different. I feel so defeated.

    Help anyone. What could have caused this?
