Vitamins and Breastfeeding

the preg vitamins say u should take them while BFing just asking is that right? im just asking coz i dont eat properly which im really trying to rectify but should i take them till i eat properly?

Do you mean the blackmores ones? I took them while BFing and during pregnancy because they are called pregnancy and breastfeeding..........? Most people I know don't bother taking them when BFing though, I actually thought they helped my supply.

i take a natures own - breastfeeding vitamin- its great and i notice that i do have more energy when i take them- esp the next day
the breastfeeding ones are designed that they do supply the extra vitamins you need whilst breastfeeding.
there are some vitamins that you should stay clear of or limit when you are feeding or pg- so sticking to the ones desgined for this purpose is a good idea

i know this is a stupid question but will it help her to sleep if i have the vitamins i need? im getting pretty desperate to get her to sleep just a little bit longer than she does

yes the post baby vitamins- i had tried the other brands and found these ones the best for me and the cheapests too!!
