wishing you lots of luck hun, I know how heartbreaking it can be when they don't want the breast. You have an advantage, she is older & has been breast feeding for a while, hopefully you will be able to get her back on.
And definitely don't blame yourself, it would be very hard to manage gaviscon & BFing, my sister had to do the same, not easy.
