I recently came across this wonderful site on my travels and I thought I'd share it with everyone here.

free buddhist audio : free mp3s and texts on buddhism and meditation

They have talks on different buddhist topics and teachings that you can either listen to direct from their site or download for free (or a small donation if you wish) as mp3.

I don't get much time to practice or read at the moment so I listen to these at work

Hope someone else here gets as much from them as I have.
