We are putting our house on auction. Are there any tips as to how to get a good price for the house?

I spent the whole long weekend cleaning the house. It was so emotional having to throw stuff away as I am a hoarder and all these stuff seems so sedimental!

Any tips that buyers will look at for open house or for the auction would be greatly appreciated!
