From the date someone else moved in your entitled to your rent back. They CANNOT charge two tennants with rent.


Let them know you know this and want the money back IMMEDIATLY.

They also HAVE to give you till the 2nd Jan to fix anything wrong with the place. If they didn't, they cannot charge you for someone else doing it.
