A lady came over this morning to evaluate the house. We had a guy come over a few weeks after we moved in and he just walked around ticking a sheet and writing notes. This lady asked questions and took photos.

I was wondering if that is normal procedure?

The questions she asked were things like is there a ensuite, what water system we had, heating/cooling and how much the rent was. She also asked if we liked the area.
