    Talking Fingers crossed please!

    We got a call from the real estate agent last night - she has a potential buyer for our place!! They saw our place on the net, and drove past, and then contacted the real estate agent to see if they can come look at it.

    So DH and I spent all last night cleaning the place, and I've cleaned my butt off this morning - just sucks that I have 3 young kids following me and making a mess as I clean!! I think it looks relatively clean and spacious though - so fingers crossed they like it!!!

    And also, fingers crossed that the other unit in the complex that they want to look at has a contract on it, so they have no choice but to prefer mine

Hope it rocks their socks off and they pour money at your feet there and then, which you will strategically decline prompting them to open the second suitcase and empty that too while begging on their knees for the opportunity to bask in your awesomeness and buy your house!!
