I'm sure it will all be fine . DH does all the repairs for our rental - he has built up a great friendships with our tenants over the last few years, we even got invited to the wedding of one couple who lived there lol! He's very quick to do repairs when asked (cheaper than paying someone else to do it) and does not care if the place is untidy.

Your landlord probably knows the house well and knows what needed to be fixed already. He'll probably realise it wasn't you who damaged things and just wants to get them fixed for you .
