We are (finally) on the market...

We have finished painting and cleaning and packing and moving out half the furniture... and finally today our unit is on the market.

FX and it sells quickly and for what we want, the last few in this complex sold the same day it hit the market for more money than was asked for .

Thanks all... it's stressful but I think it will be worth it in the end to be closer to family, and have a backyard for the kid(s) to play in .
