We got it!!!!

Immediately burst into tears when the RE agent told me. Almost together again now.

Very, very happy. End of a saga, beginning of something new!

That would be excellent Nai! Though the last time we went there DP and I had to take it in turns to eat as DD chucked a wobbly because she wanted to spend all her time climbing up and down the staircase there. So my strategy will be to get her to exhaust herself on our block before we venture out anywhere civilised!

Hey! Congrats!!!! I've been offline for a few days (self-imposed exile!), so I only just read now that you got it! That's terrific. If you come down to Sunbury be sure to visit, or we can have a play-date at the huge playground at Woodend (I don't mind driving, and I have also promised Steph that I would take her on the train).

Settlement date is 17 May so hopefully we should have ourselves and the house sorted out a bit by early June(ish).

so you can have some extra spending money... moving is always so exxy! I've lost count of how many moves I've made in my life! Where we live now has been the 2nd longest I've lived anywhere... and it's only been 6 years!

Very happy with the RE agent so far - he's organised all the tradies for all the bits and bobs that we need to do here. Saved us so much time.
