I don't mean to sound harsh but it is going to come across that way BUT bad luck...everyone has excuses and if that is the agreement then so be it regardless of circumstance. At the end of the day the RE is only doing their job and protecting their landlord's property.
Ahhh but if they hadn't of been doing a drive by they wouldn't have seen it.

Look, we're not perfect and we admit it. We do however pay our rent every week - and if I was a landlord I know which kind of tenant I would prefer.

This post wasn't about whether or not we have to do the gardens, we KNOW we do. This post was about letting the real estate do an inspection when not notified. The reasons I gave why we didn't let them in was to give a bit of background as to why DH didn't let them in.
