Oh just looked it up its says in my medical dictionary that its an invasion of the muscular wall of the uterus by the endometrium. That sounds weird. Why would that give us pains up the butt? I guess the uterus shares the bowel wall so thats why it feels like bum pain. Anyway I found out I am pregnant again (yeah) and I still have the pain (when AF was due) so thats the first time I have ever had it without a period.
