Have any of you had an infected cesar scar 14 months on?

Cause I have! And it sucks! 2 nights ago I noticed that there was a blister looking thing on my scar I thought it was from clothes rubbing on there. Last night, I moved the bandage I had on there to have a look at it and sorry for the tmi, but puss POURED out.. and I mean poured, i've never seen anything like it. Went to the doc this morning, he did a swab test, put me on anti biotics 4 times a day, and if not better by Monday I have to get an ultra sound. You know it's not good when the doctor looks at it and says S*** that's not spose to happen. It is in exactly the same spot as what my first infection right after I gave birth to dd was in, which at the time had opened up. Please tell me i am not the only one who has had something like this happen

ouch - that hasn't happened to me, so I have no idea, I just want to give you and hope it clears up soon for you

I haven't had an infection but mine busted open about 2 months after like yours did the first time. Puss poured out then for me. Dr said it was the internal stitchers causing an irritation on the inside of the top scar cause it to come apart for the infection to come out. Didn't worry me at all. Didn't hurt or anything.

THanks for the replies girls. It is looking alot better than yesterday like .. since losing all the puss (sorr y tmi) I think there was just so much of it cause it's obviously been there a while and it just came to the surface finally... im hoping the dose of anti biotics will clear it up cause its a bit scary lol
