How long after CS did you get out and about...?

ohh wow Nic I hope i have the same experience as you, I had a spinal block last time but I'm not sure what type of drugs tehy used. I'll ask the aneathatist before the op about the type of drugs they use and the effects.

I don't know if I had a spinal or an epi but it was the combination of the drugs they put into it.. Or at least thats what I gathered

i has a spinal .. up and walking the next morning ... i overdid it one day by me and dh taking a walk around the hosp ....

oh and the day we left hossy ... it was straight to the shops ... yep we left the hossy and wnet shopping .. it was an order ....

I was pretty much fine by the time I left hospital (5 days), but there has been the occassional pain, although dont think is c-section specific - ie. back pain and swelled joints...
