I had an emergency c section as well, we had brought everything with us, jut in case , as we were at 40wks and it was my last antenatal appointment, they decided to induce me right then, it all stayed in the car until 3 am the next morning, when i got out of recovery, dp went down and got it all for us.

My hospital provided everything for baby for me. So I would just call your hospital and ask them. Then you know for sure, cause they are all different.... Good luck!!!

I had an Emergency C-Sect so it didn't even cross my mind. But DD was dressed in a nappy and wrapped in blankets until I got her several hours later. I don't actually recall at what point she became dressed!

I didn't. They dressed DS in hospital clothes after he was born. I took my own clothes for him in my bag, which i changed him into the day after he was born.
I didn't like the idea of him being in clothes from the hospital as i didn't think they were warm enough for him in the A/C. So i just took some Bonds Wondersuits for him.
It depends on what you want. If you say you want your bub dressed in the clothes you brought, i'm sure there wouldn't be a problem.

DD was dressed in hospital clothes while she was in hospital and we just used our own blankets to wrap her in. But from memory originally she was in hospital blankets.
