Does anyone have a Citroen Picasso or a Holden Captiva?

    Hi all

We are looking at these cars, just wondering if anyone has them and do you have any feedback? good or bad? we are looking at the 7 seater Captiva not the 5 seater ta.

We have a 7 seater captiva and we love it! It's been a fantastic car, but absolutely no good if you have 3 kids in car seats as the back seat is not big enough, nor designed in a way that will let you put 3 anchored car seats across it. we're lucky that we only have 1 child in a car seat now.

Thanks Trillian, I guess what we want to do is two carseats in the middle row and Julia in the last row with a booster, we are just trying to find out with RTA today if its legal, its different in different states if you can have booster in back row. (not anchored as there is no anchor).. we love it otherwise. How do you find the vision out the back? we found the sides panels are blocking a bit but overall we love the car.

We have a captiva and I love it. Im not sure if you can put a booster in the back though, it doesnt have anchors on the seats in the boot to my knowledge.

If it is an anchored booster seat, then it is illegal to have it in the third row because the 3rd row is collapsible. But we have had the regular booster in the back that doesn't require anchoring to give DD2 more height. I don't have a problem with the vision out of the back window - we have the rear sensors too which helps a lot if you are in a tight spot (Ie someone parking so far up your butt you can't move LOL) but there is a blind spot if you look in the rear view mirror where the small back windows are like you said, so I just use my side mirrors and don't have a problem. I honestly cannot fault it as a family car. We brought ours new back in 07 and we're just about to clock up 100,000kms in it and it's never skipped a beat. We have always had it serviced and we'll probably get quite a few more years out of it yet.

    Oh thanks so much girls!

Does the reversing camera and sensors come with the top of the range captiva? or is there only one version? I like the sounds of this car.
