Anyone got an older Camry with rear-facing seats in it?

My car has just died and we need to get another bigger car anyway. I've been looking at Camry's as I know that they are generally good cars. But looking at pictures I'm not sure they will be big enought for 2 rear facing car seats. DP is tall and needs the driver's seat all the way back.
Has anyone got a Camry, older model, we're looking at 2002 with RF seats? Is it tall driver and passenger friendly?

my dh has a 94 model for work and they are deceivingly roomy for their size. i have had a seat in there rfing and it was fine for space. how tall is your dh? mine is 6ft and likes to have the seat right back too. you may get away with one on the side and one in the middle

Thanks Trillian. DP is about 6'2" I think. I thought they were roomy in the back back to front/leg room, the pictures just made it look less roomy than I thought. But pics can be deceiving. I'm a bit house bound at the moment so can't actually physically get out to look at one yet grrr frustrating. What seat did you have?

Also does anyone know if there is a difference in back seat space, leg room wise in the station wagon compared to the sedan?

I just had a regular safe n sound 0-4 years convertible car seat. Just to bog standard one, not the fancy ones
