Healthcare card concession for registration, how much do you pay?

I have a current HCC and need to pay my rego next week. I have done this before on the past and paid about $300, BUT I have just looked on my rego form and it says $570!! I won't have enough to pay this as I have just had surgery and lost 2 weeks of income How is this a discount for low income?? When did this change?? What do you pay with a low income hcc? Please tell me it's a mistake

Oh I just realised that's just a discount! I want to pay 6 month rego instead, which should be about $300. Pheew! I had a mini freak out lol
