    Question Anyone else not received their Child Care Rebate for Jan-March qtr ??

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone else has not received their CCR for the Jan-March qtr?
    The payment schedule on the Family Assistance website said they were being paid from the 18th-29th of April, which is today, but mine has not gone in...

    Anyone? (Tried calling but just got engaged signal, so will try later today).

    sorry if im confused c'link give our daycare money every week and it goes through as CCR is that the same thing you just get it paid into your bank then give it to day care?

    Mine is going in on monday with my FTB, technically paid on the 28th but wont reach my bank til the 2nd!

    Mrs S... there are two kind of payments, the one that comes off your weekly bill that just gets paid to releive your out of pocket expense and then another one that is paid quartily to you from clink if you qualify.

    might have to look into that then i havent seen any extra money not sure we even qualify for it - sorry for hijacking!

    Yep. I called yesterday about this. Despite what the website says I was advised that the actual end of the payment period is 3 May.

    The staff member I spoke to didn't believe me when I assured her that the website said different until she checked it out for herself.... Sigh.

    So still a few days to go.

    the payments that will be received next tuesday are processed today - today is the last processing day (which is the date on the family assistance website)

    mon 18th of april was the first processing day but no payment was received by customers until wednesday the 20th
