carer payment/allowence

I am looking into the carer payment/allowence for my nana. we moved in with her 2 yrs ago when my pop died to help her. I was due to go back to work this month but i dont think i can. She is 80 this yr and has problems with her knees and i do all the cookin and cleaning for her and we have stairs in our house that she needs help with all the time. She has her disability parking ticket for her knees.
I have a casual weekend job but it is for functions and i havnt had work since oct last yr and when i do get work it is only 10 to 15 hrs a week. the times i work my husband his here to look after nana as it is night time on weekends.
Do u know what payment i would beable to get?
