CCB - Provider Number is wrong?!

I am getting SO frustrated

I am trying to claim my CCB online. We didn't know how much we would earn last year, so we left it and were told to apply for it after our tax was done. I never got around to it so tried doing it this morning but the website keeps telling me that my Provider Number is wrong. I can only find one other number that I thought it could be but that isn't right either.

So from the looks of this I will have to fill out a booklet or claim over the phone?!

Call the CCC on Monday and ask them, we had major problems with our CCC cause they wrote down the wrong DoB so didn't get any CCB for over a year - they had been getting "bounces" for 9 months and didn't bother telling us ...
