    Different child care benefit percentages

    Hi guys,

Just realised my two children in care have different percentages. Is this to be expected or do I need to follow up?

    Thanks! xo

I know that your ccb percentage changes based on how many children you have in care, are they both in care at the same place?

Yep, both in same place. Although 1 goes for 2 days and the other just for 1.

I would follow it up. Your percentage is based on how many kids in care and wage and so on. It should be applied to all your children in care. So your two child percentage applies to both kids.
Perhaps they don't realise your children are siblings?

ETA: Then you probably only get the 2 child percentage on the days they both go to care on the same day? On the other day, it is the one child percentage? Hopefully BG will pop in and clarify.

If both kids are in care at least once per week the two child (higher) percentage should be applied to both kids

BG, do they have to be in the same type of care to get the higher percentage? I have one child in after school care and one in long day care and both centres are using the one child rate. Is this right?
