Tax Free pensions or benefits

I just went to update my income estimate for the next financial year and it's asking for an estimate of my tax free pensions or benefits.

From a quick google this doesn't include child care rebate or family tax benefit. It can include carers payment (which I don't get) but I can't see anywhere if it does include carers allowance (which I do get). Does anyone know? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to put here but it won't accept my estimate without an entry in that field.

disability pension, carer payment, most dva payments are tax free. if you're having trouble, you may have to call up and check with someone
