Centrelink Online

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone is having trouble accessing their online letters? Centrelink sent me an email saying I had an online letter, but when I sign in, it won't let me do anything apart from look at the payments history.

I havent been able to look or apply for anything for ages now, all i can do is look at payments too

well i had the same prob- i reset passwords and everything then some1 finally put me thru to the IT dept. lady at n time for me - very short and know it all. finally she asked me if i was using Google chrome- i am apprantley it's not compatible.

There is NO discalmer or anything leting people know this- GRR so now if i have to llok at more than payments I go use firefox adn it lets me do what ever i want! i said to her maybe somthing should be put on the site to notfiy people. she replied very sarcastically "oh really" I asked for her supervisers name and direct number and she changed her tuned very quickly.

i know- i dont mind that is doesnt work in chrome for for the love of lollies let peeps know!-let meknow if it works if an- other broswer

M22- Google Chrome user here too. It would be nice if they put something on their site. Will have to download firefox.
