I think that you will still be entitled to full PPS and FTB as you are "independent" and it is just like living with other housemates to centrelink. If you are paying less rent and don't have a lease agreement then you may not get RA and I'm not sure about JET assistance, can't see why not. Best to call Centrelink and confirm for your own peace of mind
