what do i do? child in two care facilities.

DD1 goes to day care and c and k.. is there a form that i need to fill out or let someone know that she goes to two seperate approved care facilities? do i get the from from her day care, her c and k or centerlink? can i do it online?

Hun if your kids are in seperate day cares then only centrelink needs to know, the daycare facilities do not. I hope this helps! And I think you can do it online, if not give them a call.

C&K is not approved care, it's registered care. You don't have to let them know that your lo is in C&K as well, it doesn't affect your CCB. You can get a different type of CCB for registered care only if you and your partner both meet the work / study rule, but it's not automatic, you have to apply and attach your receipts (so you can't claim until the end of the term). You have to apply in the same year as you use the care, and the form is pretty long so you might like to just do it twice, at the end of second term and the end of fourth term. But you can do it each term if you want.
