Where can I find CCR payment date in my Centrelink online services?
I understood from previous posts that I could check within my Centrelink Online Services when I would receive our quarterly CCR payment. However I'm looking, looking, looking and I can't see it!
Is this information actually available? And if it is, can someone point me in the right direction?
When you first log in you get take to your 'home page' where you see when next payments are due. It will show up there when they have processed it.
I spoke to CL a couple of weeks ago and they said the payments should show the last fort night of this month and coincide with your fortnightly payment of FTA and B if you claim it fortnightly.
it won't show on your online services until two working days before it hits your bank account (which will generally coincide with the day your payment is due if you collect them fortnightly. the first payments will start hitting accounts middle of next week (may be earlier if your fortnightly installment is going in early due to easter holidays)
Do you only get a payment if it is over a minimum amount?
I got a letter ages ago to say we were getting $21 CCR, we never got it (I didn't even know what CCR was at this stage, it didn't exist when I had DD#1 in care) and the other day we got $56 with no letter, which I'm assuming is the rebate since that is 'the middle of next week' from Briggsy's post, and we never saw the $21 and the $56 was some weird random payment. We're only paying $9ish a week for half a day of sanity-break care so we're not exactly going bankrupt paying childcare
Miss 3 has only been in care since December and they were closed for quite a few weeks over the Christmas break. Can't work out the math to do this and can't be bothered digging to see if we actually did get that $21 earlier this year and just didn't notice such a small amount lol
