A few months ago Lachlan our 10yr old choked on a Malteser. It rolled down his throat. I was about ready to do the choking first aid on him when he got it back up. In the last few weeks he is basically refusing to eat for fear of choking. He has been to school today and has come home with lunch box still in tact. We finished dinner an hour ago and he is still not even a quarter of the way through. I have told him if he doesn't eat he will end up in hospital. He weighs next to nothing as it is. If I mention taking him to the doctor he bursts into tears. Does anyone have any advice? I am considering speaking to his teacher about him not eating at school.
