How long before AF should you expect to see a temp dip ?

Your chart is off to a great start!

Some people dont get any temp dips before Af.

But normally I would say between 1-3 days before my temp normally would dip.

It seems to be one to two days in many women, meegm. (Although I had this on my last cycle (due to broken sleep) and still got a BFP).
