Changing O cycle day?

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this...
It appears I have O'ed CD12 or 13 and its usually CD16.
Is it possible to O on different CD's from one month to the next? Is it bad or unusual or normal and I just didn't know it?

I think there can be some variation, give or take a day or too. And of course some people are just irregular.

My O day was normally CD22... Last month had a freak cause looking at my temps I Oed on CD16..... So i think it can move. Aren’t you seeing a naturopath? Maybe your herbs have brought it forward.... Can you mention it to them?

Ruf - I hadn't thought of that. I am on Vitex for the first time and that's supposed to have a solid impact on hormonal balance, so maybe that is it. Thanks heaps.
