Hi,
I started charting in September after coming off contraception pill in March and having issues with irregular periods after that, I had been on the pill for 5 years and prior to that i could set my watch to my cycle.

Since March I have had 5 cycles, all varying in their lengths. Last one was 67 days where according to my chart I ovulated on day 57. Currently I am on day CD30 with no ovulation signs so far, I have also started OPK's this cycle.

I have not yet seen my GP about my issues, should I? I have started taking vitex in a hope this helps. The most frustrating part is that with such irregularity I have no idea when i am actually ovaulating (unfortunatley my body so far has not given me good signs)

Can anyone suggest anything else that may help or has been through a similar thing with a positive result?
