This is my chart: 2242c0 Ovulation Charts
It sat 36.5 for 3 days. Spiked to 37.0 on CD 6, then dropped today to 36.4 today.
Usually I take temp when I wake up around 7:30.
This morning I was awake at 6.30 and couldn't go back to sleep so took temp.
As you can all see from the chart, it dropped down today. Should I continue to take temp when I wake up. I read online that you shouldn't wait till your 'regular' temping time. I do it as soon as I wake, but am worried it will be giving different results. I take my temps orally, but recently was pm'd to say taking them vaginally gives a better result. Should I change the method now or will that mess with my chart? It was looking so good, and now has dropped.
Yep, take your temp when you wake up, before you do anything. Keep temping orally for this cycle or it might not be accurate.
The temp drop today looks good, it's an implantation dip.
Hi all
Don't feel so bad now.
I was awake at 4:30am this morning, and took my temp.
When I used the temp adjust on FF, it took the temp back up to 36.9
Have been having restless sleeps lately, but was able to always take temp around same time on the other mornings....
*fingers crossed*
I sent messages to the fertility friend mods about the temp adjustment, and they suggested just going with the original time. This mornings temp was 36.7, so now my chart has
37.0 6dpo
36.4 7dpo
36.6 8dpo
36.7 9dpo YAY... starting to look promising. Hopefully it keeps rising. Been very tired etc. Little concerned about the lack of physical changes though. With my last pregnancy, my boobs were bigger by week 5. I am due next week for AF, and they are the same FMU test was negative again.
Hoping I didn't ovulate late... The OPK's only stayed positive for one day, and we haven't BD'd since... Cervix is high/closed, and CM has been creamy the whole time... *shrug* Guess I just have to wait.
Still looks good to me. Your temp doesn't have to keep rising if you're preg and it's still above the coverline and temps before the dip at CD7. I think most preg charts don't actually look 'ideal'. Mine certainly didn't, just looked like any other chart of mine.
Thanks
First response this morning was very very faint. I looked at one I did yesterday evening, and it has a faint pink positive. I am told I can't rely on it because i looked at it after the recommended time, but *fingers crossed* hopefully it is all good...
Dying to know the results of my blood test I had yesterday.. Probably too early, but I figured I may as well get over my fear of needles
I was looking at your chart thinkin this looks like an implantation dip (I get them when pregnant) then I noticed your +++ at the end of the chart (I hadn't read the later posts). Congratulations. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy.
