Help, need chart advice. I'm freaking out a bit.

Sorry about the previous 2 posts, I finally figured out how to get my chart to link.

I don't know what to make of my temps. I've never been so confused! I'm especially concerned about my temp drop today (3 DPO). Does this mean I am not producing enough progesterone? Please look at my chart and tell me what you think. Any advice would be SO appreciated.

I don't know if you can interpret progesterone levels from temperatures. Are you seeing a fertility specialist? If you were, then you might arrange to have a blood test to check.

Your temperatures do look a little erratic. Are you taking them at the same time in the morning before you get up? Are you a shift worker or taking any medication? If you were, then that could also be affecting your temps. Hope that helps.

Hi, i think your chart looks fine. There is an obvious rise in temps post o and dont worry about the tiny dip 3dpo, totaly normal. Why dont you check out some other peoples charts either here or on ff so you can put your mind at ease.

Hi,
I would say that your temps look good.
I have seen some temps that are up, down and all over the place and ladies still get pregnant.
I have gone onto Fertility Friend and searched other peoples charts and it really puts your mind at ease.
