    Question temping Q

Looking for some advice re my temping ... Well I got up this morning and went to the loo before realising what the time was - only 1/2 hr before the alarm. went back to bed and took it at the normal time. It was dip down below my coverline (it's been quite cold over here in the mornings atm) and I'm in the tww so I was wondering should I discard this temp or just leave it be? I probably wouldn't normally worry but it's the TWW !!!

they recommend not to discard temps unless you are doing shift work. there is an option in the specific tab area where you can mark it as sleep deprived. it will keep the temp there. they say you should look at the whole picture rather than just one temp.

In the end, I've just left it there and made a note in my notes section on the day - it's been the only one below my coverline so far so that looks promising at this stage.

    thanks for the advice.

I wouldnt worry too much becuase FF allows for a half hour difference from your normal testing time anyway. If you were concerned I'd do what Holly suggested and mark it as sleep deprived (sp?). One dip below the cover line could mean implantation Good luck
