The fertility friend website is fantastic...I signed up as a member and it was just so worthwhile...

They have excellent online tutorials that you can do as well...they don't take long, but they are really worthwhile doing...

Fertility friend is great! I think, in fact I know, I can attribute the fact that I fell pg so quickly twice to both BB and FF!

Fertility Friend is good, also you might try and get hold of a book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Wechsler, it is good both for ttc and nttc!
