hi ladies, iv never charted before and have PCOS so im not sure if it would be any good for me??

Have NO IDEA how to start or how to go about it.... AF came last night so when should I start
Any basic advice would be muchly appreciated. And what product do u guys recommend for ovulation checking ie maybe baby (which i found useless in the past)
