Hi Mrs Happy
I'm not sure if you were still wanting any answers to your questions, but I thought I'd post to you just in case...
Now I'll be honest, I don't know that much about Clomid or the trigger injection, so my thoughts are purely based around what I know about temping and progesterone.
Progesterone is the hormone that is responsible for the temperature increase after ovulation. Once the egg is released from the follicle during ovulation, the follicle turns into the corpus luteum and makes progesterone which makes you temp increase. My understanding is that clomid just makes your body produce more FSH to help make sure that you ovulated. For that reason I wouldn't think that it should effect your temperature at all...
Good luck when you test soon!!!![]()
