    Question Similarities with your charts?

    Hello everyone out there

I had a thought this morning that I wanted to put out there and see what other people think.

To all those charters out there, do you have similar charts from cycle to cycle or do they always vary in temperature and how the curve rises and falls past ovulation?

I don't have many charts under my belt, only 4 really!! I have all three overlayed to see if there is anything similar. My 'control' chart is from my successful cycle with DD, my 'test' charts are my previous cycle - test #2 (where I had a very early +hpt that turned in to a -neg) and this cycle now - test #3 (where I am currently 3dpo). All cycles I O'd at CD16 but coverlines are different..

Test #2 chart temps post O are almost identical to my 'control' chart. Check here to see what I mean.. https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...6&d=1295310087

So could this mean that I could have a successful cycle or is it just the way that my temp rises after O? Interested in what you all think..

If you think I am takin this way too far!! Let me know that too!!

    Not the only one honey!

Interesting question - I guess it could be either - could be the way your temp rises after O (this seems logical) although it does look similar to your 'control' chart so fingers crossed it's going to be a success too! What do other charters think (anyone?)?

I find my charts are fairly similar, more that they've settled into a pattern I can recognise and don't seem as crazy; for example, my temps are less rocky in the early part and O date has come forward. But otherwise the rises and falls are alike. I think that's why I trust it so much to show a possible BFP, because when things don't change month to month I don't bother testing!

Wishing you so much babydust for this cycle N, really hope you get your BFP soon.

There doesnt seem to be many people to be answering charting questions theese days.. I guess I will wait and see! Only time will tell if its a success or not!

Well just incase someone else was wondering if you can have similarities with your charts I thought I would post what my chart overlay looks like now. Current cycle (series 4) has gone on a different track now, so makes me think that I have not been successfull. Guess only time will tell...

An interesting thing that I see is that on CD22, series 1, 3 & 4 temps match!

This is SO something I would (will!) do when I have enough decent charts!!

I don't know the answer hon but I think it's not really the actual temps that you need to consider, it's the trend. An upward tend of high temps that remain high are a good indication you ovulated. I honestly think that's all there is to it.

My BFP chart didn't look like a 'typical' BFP chart at all. My temp actually fell for two days (was just above the cover line) before I got my positive.

ETA: here's my BFP chart with my current chart (we haven't started TTC #2 yet, just tracking my cycles). I hope this link works....

Phew! Atleast I know I am not the only one that would do something like this..

I have just had my feelings confirmed and have started spotting CD23 and only 7dpo - what is up with that?!! I do have short cycles of only 25/26 days but this is the shortest yet. This cycle confirms that my last cycle I was indeed UTD, it just didnt stick Man, how much I wish that it did stick!

It could be an implantation bleed I had it at 7dpo when PG with DD

Yes, that is possible cause implantation does happen between 7-10dpo but I feel that its not likely for me

That's a great attitude to have!

You're only at 7dpo though, do you really think it's AF?? Also implant bleeds can definitely hit the liner (lol) - mine hit my knickers

I know!! AF at 7dpo sounds too soon hey? Only thing I havent got is my headache that I always get before AF starts, so this has thrown me off a little... We DTD this morning and normally if AF is around the corner, DTD triggers it...

I hope by some miracle it is implantation and not AF
