    slightly dumb Q

    here's my slightly dumb question....

    I'm pretty sure AF is visiting but she started after 2pm ... Do I count CD1 today or tomorrow ... AF usually started her visit in the night up til now so I'm not sure what to do.

    That aunts a bit annoying like that isnt she?!

    I have heard you are suppose to take it from the first full day of full bleeding.
    But if it started today with obvious amounts of bleeding then I personally would count it from today.
    Otherwise if its just a bit of spotting etc, then it should be tommorrow.
