What counts as first day of AF?
Ok so im 14dpo today and have had a bit of spotting. Im confused though because a bit of it was bright red so my question is: is spotting just brown blood and AF is the first day of bright red blood or is AF counted as the first day of any bleeding? Or is AF the first day of bright red 'flow'? So confusing.

My FS says the first day of full flow that occurs before midday.

BTW is it possible to have spotting at 14dpo and still be UTD? I really thought I had such a good chance this month. I guess my chart isnt looking to crash hot anymore though...

I had spotting on cd 10, 11 & 12 before my BFP at 14dpo when I was PG with my DD. See my chart here (the bottom chart) http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/240d3bThanks Maruschke

Youve really thrown a spanner in the works for me! Especially since your temp came right down as well - did you look at my chart? Maybe I implanted late? Maybe ive just got AF? Maybe im just losing my mind? Argh!

I did have a look, hence why I posted mineYou could still be in with a chance. I also had a dip and one instance of spotting at 7dpo

Now im REALLY confused. I woke up this morning to light/medium AF but my temp has gone UP. It's still above the cover line! WHAT THE??? Can someone please explain to me what this means?

I don't know the answer to that one. Maybe check the Help section on FF, they may have the answer documented
