What they need to know by the first year of school (kindergarten in NSw)

So DD goes to kindergarten next year and I was wondering what she needs to know by the start of the year.

I don't think it matters too much, but if they attend pre school, they'd be learning how to count, write their name, colours & shapes.

I'm sure thats all they need to know
