    Starting school

My son starts school this Thursday - kindy to be precise.
I am feeling anxious about it! Not the school, so much, as leaving him somewhere unfamiliar, with people I don't really know. It feels weird.
I'm not the only one, am I?

I think if you weren't feeling anxious you would be the odd one out

DD2 starts kindy in a week and I'm terrified. She has severe anxiety issues and is a very withdrawn little person - I'm so scared she's going to freak, never make friends etc. I'm hoping the excitement she is showing at the moment stays when it becomes a reality for her. She's too little to be away from her mummy!!

    oh good!

He told us today that he was a bit worried about his homework! Turned out he meant not having time to do chores around the house (which he doesn't do anyway).

    just breathe.....

LOL MadB I love it when the LO's show you a funny perspective on their fit - my eldest is starting school on Friday and I feel really torn about it. Not sad as such just thinking about losing her to the influence of other people ITMS. Good luck - we loved kinder and it was the beginning of some great friendships for us. xx
