Thanks for that MrsMac - It'll be really helpful - now i just need to get that dreaded job - thats the part that's really YUK!!! - I'd like to use other more offensive words to describe it but it's not going to make it any better
I was a bit shocked about the gay guy comment. I just want to express how impressed i am by guy's in childcare. I worked in childcare centres for 5 years before i had my son and there were 2 guy's that worked there. They weren't gay but they were amazing with the children. The children were just drawn to them more than they were to the female carers, they loved playing with them and listened to them (which was great when i had one in my room, i looked after the under 2's).
