nut intolerances

anyone dealt with this?? im talking intolerance and NOT allergy

i find out more next wednesday but thought id ask here too

I don't know the difference between an intolerance and an allergy. I thought there were just different levels of allergy, so like a level 1 reaction is more like an intolerance (like if it gives you the runs) and a level 4 is like the really bad reaction.

But at any rate, both my boys react to nuts.
