I would not be overly concerned. I should imagine that the toy was relatively light and therefore unlikely to cause any serious damage. The blood nose was obviously not too bad otherwise you would have noticed it instantly. Blood nose could have been cause by a number of things including z having a little play in there just before the toy incident. Keep an eye on her but I really don’t think there is anything to worry about
