I would see how she goes tomorrow. If it has not started to ease then perhaps a visit to the Doc is a good idea. Don’t worry too much about food but make sure that she has plenty of fluid. You can also use lots of cream on her bottom every time you change her nappy. Any barrier/nappy cream will do.
