It wouldn't hurt to even ask your local pharmacist, taking DS along.

Steph had a bit of eczema, but not too bad, and not on her face. The pharmacist recommended dermaveen cream, and a cortisone cream for when it was really red and raw looking (to be applied sparingly and not more than three times per day for no more than a few days in a row).

There's a few threads with lots of suggestions, if you haven't read them already. Hope you can find something that works. Sounds like you are already doing so much.
