baby male period?

i think my 9 month old had a big lot of hormones run through him today it was a light orange like red colour in his wee this happened over 3 nappies but now fine. I had this with my first boy born but that was when he was a few days old. I didn't think it was possible for a 9 month old to experience this?? is it? who if anyone has had this happen?

My son had this shortly after he was born. I noticed blood like patch in his nappy. The dr said it was becuase he was slightly dehydrated. He wasn't a very good feeder early on. So maybe up his fluids.

hrmmmmm thats interesting that u would say that as he hasnt had many wet nappies to day and we have forced him to drink more today as he has had for 5 days the runs today they looked firmer and normal yay. very interesting thank you for taking the time to comment.

oh o.k thanks alan for that confirmation i appreciate it he must have been badly dehydrated then i feel so aweful now . no more has it happened so i guess thats good.
