LOVE that song!! I was sick as a child and spent quite a bit of time in hospitals and got to know a lot of CF kids, I always think of them when I hear this.
I once saw the band preform it live and it is obviously a song that means a lot to them. I think from memory one of them wrote it for his sister who had/haves CF.
cf is a dreadful disease my best friend died of it 7 years ago after a heart and lung transplant.
its sooo hard and my best friend went through it and watched her brother die as the bf who died was her brother so i have seen how it affects both sides... i wish and pray they find a cure xxx
Have any of you had carrier screening for cystic fibrosis (a blood test to find out if you have the gene that can cause CF if a baby inherits two copies)?

One in 25 caucasian people will be a carrier.
If two carriers have kids, they have a 1 in 4 chance of having a child with CF.
Most kids with CF are born to families with no history of CF.
